  T1 - Silver Birch T1 - Silver Birch - a mature tree, oversized for its location in a corner very close to my house (St Andrews Lodge) and that of my neighbour. There is a risk from branches affecting the roofs of both properties. Leaf and twig fall causing cutter blockages. Tree gives squirrels access to the neighbour's house via the eaves. There is some evidence of decay about half way up the tree giving cause for concern that their might be weakness. Tree shades out neighbours' garden and contributes to dampness on gable wall.
