Gable end of property faces onto courtyard of the neighbouring property. This gable is rendered with sand and cement which is in danger of collapse in one piece. For this reason we have removed existing render and made watertight with polythene. We want to replace render with new sand and cement render to match.

    P15/S4716/TCA Submitted 11 Nov 2015 50 yards away

Yew tree Tree is situated within fenced and walled garden which belongs to Hazelton Cottage. Hazelton Cottage is situated to the rear of Hazelton House, 15 High Street, Thame. Tree not within view from High Street. Yew tree marked on site plan (attached) applying to fell the tree for the following reasons:- - very close proximity to dwellings - excessive shading of cottage and garden - tree is very large and unsightly. Often has pungent odour - toxic nature of species of tree - much shedding of needles, berries and pollen very close to doors and windows of cottage. Also to the communal areas for the house and cottage. - major concern about the adverse reaction experienced by my husband after sweeping needs and berries. He felt unwell with tight chest and wheeziness. I was alarmed to discover that the Yew is toxic and able to cause many worrying symptoms. Therefore major health concerns associated with this particular tree which is in an enclosed garden in very close proximity to dwellings and seating areas. Remarks:
