Yew Tree - (TPO G12) - location in north-east corner of G12 situated on the parcel of land that constitutes an amenity grassed area to the south of the property known as Whixley House and adjacent to the residential road known as Lime Avenue Grid Reference SU 6846 8251Y. Yew tree to be reduced in height by 1.5m off the crown and 1m off the lateral growth encouraging a broad natural shape all round. All major deadwood will be pruned off. Reason for work: Removing obstruction from Whixley House driveway and preventing damage to the roof of Whixley House.
