Proposal
Non-material amended to planning permission P19/S2916/FUL - to allow two separate self builders to commence their work independently of each other. The project will be developed in Three phases: Phase 1 - enabling site works and modifications to the existing structure to allow for phase 2. Phase 2 - construction of unit 2 to commence 3 weeks later. This will be the first self-builder. Phase 3 - will commence 1 week later than phase 2. That will be by a second different self-builder. Extend the existing house at the front and integrate a first-floor extension at the rear, integrate a new dwelling attached to the existing house and improve the visual appearance of the plot with associated landscaping. (As amended by plans 6 October 2020 to redesign the dwellings) (As amended by plans 13 October 2020 to use fencing within the root protection area of protected Oak tree)

About amendment applications
An amendment application makes limited changes to a permission that already exists; anything beyond modest adjustment needs a fresh application. More in our guide to planning application types.
