Tree species: Hawthorn (covered in Ivy) Tree number: T4 (on attached document from Arboricultural Consultant) Description of works: Removal of tree A significant section of the tree recently came down in strong winds. Plan to remove the remaining tree to avoid any repeat and potential injury/property damage. Attached documents include photos of the recent damage and a recent Arboricultrual Assement of the site. The tree in question is reference T4 in the report and category C1. The report recommended the removal of the tree to allow redevelopment of the site - noting the tree was a "low quality specimen" and "not particularly large or in poor condition". However, it seems the developers dropped plans for the lanscaping of the site and this tree was not removed.
