Proposal

There was a note from the solicitors when purchasing the house that 2 trees growing through the decking on our property are subject to a TPO. However, the previous owner confirmed that that had never received a written notice of the TPO. We are wanting to trim the tree branches and reduce height due to the likelihood of damaging houses if the tree was to fall.
