Proposal
One self sown wild Cherry tree less than 20 years old. The tree is on the boundary with my neighbours property, is pushing on and has broken the boundary fence. As it continues to grow this breakage will worsen and there is a concern that the tree roots will eventually impact the neighbours property. This request is to fell the tree before the damage increases from its continued growth.The tree is marked x on the road drawings and photographs of the tree and damage are included.

T1. Horse Chestnut. Crown reduce to remove around 1 meter from the overall height (mainly sparse or diseased growth) and around 1.5 meters from the radial spread. Lower growth also to be removed to a height of around 4.5 meters. Clearance of around 0.5 meters also to be made around all of the various phones lines that run through and below the tree. This work is required to maintain appropriate clearance between tree crown and various roof and buildings and also to improve light levels to the property and garden of The Barn House and to ensure the tree retains a good natural shape and balance without being over bearing on the surrounding space, buildings and street.
