T1 - Davidia involucrata T2 - Ginkgo biloba T3 - Cercidophyllum japonicum T4 - Acer davidii T1 - Davidia involucrata - crown raise to give clearance of 3m. Reason: To reduce overhanging of hedge nearby. T2 - Ginkgo biloba - remove 2 secondary branches pointing west and 1 secondary branch pointing south. Reason: These branches are interfering with growth of Arbutus unedo rubra and third overhangs hedge to south. T3 - Cercidophyllum japonicum - crown reduce by removing lower drooping branches to give clearance of 4m. Reason: To increase light reaching shrubs nearby. T4 - Acer davidii - remove lowest branch pointing south. Reason: To increase light to border below. Remarks:

T1 - Copper Beech - Reduce branches by approximately 2 metres focusing mainly on lateral branches rather than the top. Lift canopy to provide statutory clearance over the road and clear from service cables. T2 - Tulip Tree - Reduce by approximately 3 metres to restore balance within the crown due to previous limb failure leaving the tree unbalanced. T3 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a natural flowing crown outline and remove major deadwood. T4 - To fell and remove 1 x Yew tree and install eco plugs to prevent re-growth.

T1 Copper Beech. Low canopy over road and footpath. To raise canopy to statutory clearances, (5.2m over road, 2.5m over footpath). To remove deadwood greater than 60mm over road and footpath, for safety purposes, minimising any chance for larger falling deadwood in windy conditions.

Ash (T2 of TPO 09/2019) - Reduce back crown over single storey block D4 by a maximum of 4m at its widest point (work mainly relates to over extended limbs over roof). Reduce back low branches over the roof to create 3m clearance. Cutback branches from front of the adjacent building (D6) to create 2-3m clearance. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form.
