Planning application

1 Heatherfield Place, Sonning Common, RG4 9EQ

Granted South Oxfordshire P21/S3699/TPO Works to TPO

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - A young Ash tree located to the northwest of the property in decline with branches encroaching the property. Cause of decline is unknown, however possibly due to recent construction/compaction and consequent stress related issues. This tree is unlikely to recover due to its age, depleted vitality and potential to succumb to Ash Die Back (ABD). Dismantle tree in sections to just above ground level, to reduce likelihood of failure
