T398 - Oak - (W1) - no works at present. T397 - Douglas Fir - (W1) - monitor growth at point of previous topping. Raise low branches to statutory height over footpath. T396 - Douglas Fir - (W1) - monitor identified over extended branches. Remove identified branch at approx 10m encroaching on neighbouring larch, to reduce further damage due to contact. T395 - Larch - (W1) - no works at present. T394 - Oak - (W1) - remove identified limb to source to reduce likelihood of further damage to neighbouring tree. T393 - Holly - (W1) - raise low branches over the footpaths to statutory height of elder and maintain holly clearance over gated entrance. T392 - Ash - (W1) - monitor the condition of the tree for signs of ADB. It is recommended that this should be carried out yearly so the tree can be removed if the disease is present, which will reduce the likelihood of failure and subsequent higher removal costs if observed in later stages. Remove low branches to maintain statutory clearance over footpath. T391 - Scots Pine - (W1) - no works at present. T390 - Douglas Fir - (W1) - no works at present. T389 - Beech - (W1) - monitor identified fusion and contact points for any signs of instability or new wounding. Monitor delamination on western butress aspect. T388 - Douglas Fir - (W1) - Oak - maintain clearance of low branches over the footpath to statutory clearance. T387 - Oak - (W1) - raise to maintain clearance over footpath. T386 - Douglas Fir - (W1) - no works at present. T385 - Scots Pine - (W1) - no works at present. T384 - Douglas Fir - (W1) - A. raise low branches over the footpath to statutory clearance. B. Consider removal of the oak trees due to no long term future potential in current location. G1 - Mix - (G5) - no works at present. T383 - Oak - (G5) - maintain statutory clearance over footpath. T382 - Oak - (W1) - remove moderate deadwood over field and footpath to reduce likelihood of failure. Monitor area of bark delamination. Raise low branches over the public footpath to maintain statutory clearance. G2 - Mix - (W1) - Maintain statutory clearance over footpath. Fell identified recently dead Scots Pine within group to reduce likelihood of failure. Consider chipping into area and leaving timber on site to provide an ecological habitat due to the nature of the area. T381 - Scots Pine - (W1) - fell to ground level to reduce likelihood of failure onto footpath. G3 - Mix - (W1) - maintain statutory clearance over footpath. Selectively remove more significant squirrel damage of the Sycamore trees to reduce likelihood of failure onto footpath. Remove deadwood from oak over footpath to reduce likelihood of failure. T380 - Douglas Fir (W1) - no works at present. G4 - Oak - (G3) - no works at present. T379 - Oak - (T5) - remove moderate deadwood over the footpath to reduce likelihood of failure. Maintain current clearance over footpath. T378 - Cherry - (not TPO) - raise low branches over the communal area to maintain clearance. G5 - Oak - (G5) - maintain current clearance of low branches over lawned area. Remove major deadwood to reduce likelihood of failure. Sever ivy from x1 ivy infested oak. G6 - Mix - (not TPO) - maintain clearance next to footpath.
