Reasons for pruning is to reduce the load on extended branches on both T1 & T2 as T2 has a history of large branch breakage (photo P1 & P2 inserted). The trees are also very large and in close proximity of residential areas so this work should help to prevent unwanted breakage of branches which has the potential to be dangerous and unhealthy for the trees. T1 Deodar cedar Spec: S3 Remove deadwood. Spec: S10 Reduce lateral branches on felix lodge side to suitable pruning points.
