Proposal
T30 - Crack Willow - remove tree to prevent further damage to concrete bagwork. T31 - Crack Willow - fell dead crack willow to prevent falling onto weir structure. Leave debris on site in stable habitat piles. T32 - Crack Willow - remove group of crack willows which have collapsed into the river and could obstruct the weir. Cut back trees to river bank. Logs can be stacked on site in stable habitat piles. T36 - Crack Willow - tree historically collapsed onto weir tail wingwall. Remove to reduce likelihood of failure. T3 - Sycamore Maple - remove tree as extensive dieback throughout crown, no long term future potential in current location. Remove to reduce likelihood of failure onto Hydropower Unit. G10 - Sycamore Maple - prune to maintain statutory clearance over weir walkway entrance for working operatives. Trees to be replanted as close as possible to the site fromwhich they are felled over winter 21/22.
