Proposal
T1 - Sweet Chestnut tree: the canopy of the tree (lower branches) will be lifted (2-3m) due to the fact that branches are very low and Mr Reid is unable to plant any flowers in the ground below due to lack of light. The tree throughout will be removed of deadwood which will encourage more light into the future flower border below the tree. All brush will be wood chipped and wood chippings will be spread out under the tree to help keep moisture in the soil and leaving a tidy finish.
