Planning application

4 New Road, Lower Shiplake, Oxon, RG9 3LH

Granted South Oxfordshire P21/S2493/TPO Works to TPO

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - Lime tree - as discussed with the applicant, they are keen to encourage more light into their property and help reduce leaf mess in the Autumn. My suggestion to meet their requirements and to also maintain the trees health and shape - crown reduce in height by 3m and prune back lateral growth by 1.5m leaving a broad natural finish all round. Prune off/remove deadwood. The base growth as pictured; hedge trim/prune all round leaving a cylinder shape and also leave a horizontal finish to the top all round creating a feature/finishing touch. All tree work will be carried out to the highest standard.
