Fell Holly covered with ivy by wooden gates at rear of Bell Cottage. I have cut back some of the ivy and there are dead branches. There are some live branches but I cannot see many. This tree and the ivy overhang the pavement and road and has BT lines going through it. I am concerned about safety.
