Windows to rear elevation amended to one long glazed window with slim line frame. 3 Three new high level windows to front elevation. 4. Two new high level windows to end elevation BB 5. minor changes to fenestration of brick/timber cladding. 6. End elevations AA and BB increased in width to correct a discrepancy in the approved drawings Construct an outbuilding to accommodate a new larger lockable garage and a garden room capable of being used as a photographic studio and Gym, with a link connecting to the main dwelling. This application also includes the enlargement of two windows to the existing dwelling that is unrelated to the main application.
