Proposal
Holm Oak Seek permission to cut back sprouting branches of Holm Oak overhanging our patio which has become dense and encourages pigeon mess and dramatically reduces light to our kitchen and patio area. I would like to reduce crown by 30% and cut back regrowth density and thin. Remarks:
