Planning application

Thame Town Cricket Club Church Meadow Church Road Thame OX9 3AJ

Decided South Oxfordshire P19/S0681/NM Other (Non Mat'l Amendment)

Works: Demolition Small domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Relates to P17/S1296/FUL

Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.

Proposal

Non material amendment to application ref. P17/S1296/FUL - minor changes to practice nets enclosure. ECB regs require that the rigid enclosure fencing is 1 metre away from the lane netting so the effect is to move the net 1 metre closer to the rear of the building. The enclosing fencing is changing from chain link to 868 rigid panel PPC green mesh, galvanised. Access gate is moved 4 metres to the centre of the fence to allow adequate entry clearance. (Demolition of existing cricket pavilion & replacement with new cricket pavilion)

South Oxfordshire has decided this application; the outcome above is the register's own wording and the decision notice on the council portal carries the detail. More in our guide to what happens after a planning decision.

About amendment applications

An amendment application makes limited changes to a permission that already exists; anything beyond modest adjustment needs a fresh application. More in our guide to planning application types.
