  T1 - Lime Remove epicormic growth up to 5m and all dead wood. Also remove the lowest diseased limb. T2 - Lime - Fell to about .5m above ground level in a safe and controlled maner. Retain the ivy clad mound at base of tree. Replace with Liquidamber 10-12 cm girth standard. T3 - Lime - remove all major deadwood and epicormic growth on main stem and thin crown by 15%. T1 is very much in decline. The lowest limb to be removed is almost dead and the work applied for is to improve the look of the tree in the short term. It is anticipated that this tree will need top to be removed within 5 years. T2 has now declined to the point where it provides little amenity value or benefit to the garden. T3 is reasonable healthy and vigorous. The work described is to enhance amenity value and improve the form of the tree.
