About householder applications
Householder applications cover work to an existing house and its garden, such as extensions, lofts and outbuildings, and cannot create a separate dwelling or change what the building is used for. More in our guide to planning application types.

TG1 - Row of Limes TG1 - Row of Limes. Crown raise to 5m/prune back to line of wall. Historically pollarded and recently reduced, adjacent to and overhanging Church and accountants car park, have not been crown raised in line with recent tree works. A tree in this row has recently failed, and one declining tree was re-pollarded to a lower historical pruning point. The remaining Limes (proposed for crown raising) are weighted on the car park side, it would be prudent to prune them in line with remaining specimens. Remarks:
