Proposal

Tree is beech tree immediately on left as you turn into Windmill Lane from Ladder Hill. Approx 15m from the junction with Ladder Hill. From the arborist (Tim O'Connor - Arbor Tree Specialists) description of works, T1 - Beech. Early mature. Tip reduce on house side, balance crown on road side to match. Crown lift to 3m and thin crown by 15%. Small to medium sized specimen adjacent to property. Deadwood present and a large amount of crossing/rubbing branches. Branch tips very close to building and roof and in need to tipping back to prevent future issues with damage caused by contact with roof. T1 Beech Spec: S1 Evenly reduce lateral spread by 2m, Pruning cuts should not exceed 50mm. Works equating to 15% of tr Spec: S3 Remove deadwood. Spec: S7 Lift crown to a height of 3 above ground level, by removing branch tips only Spec: S8 Prune back to suitable secondary branches to ensure 2m clearance from building. Spec: S9 Head back to suitable secondary branches to ensure 0.3m clearance from wires. Spec: S19 Please add the following at the end of all the aprroved works: All pruning cuts must be made at bra Reason: R1 Sound arboricultural management
