T1 & T2 - Horse Chestnut - fell because of poor structure due to pollard cycle not being maintained at a suitable frequency. Early signs of crown die back and peeling bark possibly caused by Bleeding Canker. Replant with two London Plane trees in the same location to be maintained as high pollards. T1 Chestnut Tree Spec: S19 Please add the following at the end of all the aprroved works: All pruning cuts must be made at bra Reason: R2 To ensure future compatibility with site, surroundings and usage
