This site has been left abandoned for many years and this proposed work is being done to improve the health of the trees and tidy the site. Beech (T1), Black Pine (T2), Sycamore (T4) - strip ivy and remove major deadwood. Silver Birch (T3) - no work needed. Ash (A4), Sycamore (A5), Ash (A6), Sycamore (A8) - strip ivy and remove major deadwood. Sycamore (A1), Stump only (A2), Sycamore (A3), Sycamore (A7), Horse Chestnut (A9), Hawthorn (A10, Plum (A11), Sycamore (A12) all to be removed due to their condition and/or location on the site relative to other trees which are being retained. Once the trees have been removed we will plant new trees if there are large gaps, particularly at the front of the site. This information has been complied after consultation with two independent professionally qualified arboriculturists.
