Proposal

Large and prominent London Plane tree at entrance to Hunts Mill. Now overpowering street and development due to width of crown/canopy. Has previously been reduced looking at evidence on branches (pollards). T1 - London Plane to reduce crown to allow light to flats, large and important tree in this part of Wallingford, has a TPO on it. Has been previously pollarded and request reducing crown to previous pollards (30%) to retain shape and density of crown but reducing its width and spread. T1 London Plane Spec: S19 Please add the following at the end of all the aprroved works: All pruning cuts must be made at bra Reason: R2 To ensure future compatibility with site, surroundings and usage
