Proposal

To remove Lime (T1) from the front garden of 39a Valley Road. Reasons: The tree is an unsuitable species for this location, because it is too large for the plot, and still growing vigorously. The tree will require regular and expensive maintenance to contain its size (to ensure it does not cause a nuisance to the tree owner and neighbours). It is unreasonable to expect a tree owner to maintain an unsuitably located tree. One new standard size Silver Birch will be planted close to the position of the original tree.
