Proposal

T9 Beech - As mapped on diagram as T9 you can see the position of the Beech tree As I have discussed with the client I cannot see any signs of die back on the crown as it was in full leaf throughout the summer. It has however a large cavity half way up the stem in one of the unions that I am concerned about. John & Bamba, residents to next door with the tree bieng on the boundary hedge line are concerned as in their eyes with the hole not getting any better in terms of health, we both agree that since this tree blows around a lot in the wind it could do with a reduction in heigh to reduce the wind from blowing it around and where the stem is weak from the rotting hole, snapping off and landig on their house. I am asking for consent to reduce the tree in height by 4 metres and the lateral growth (width) by 3 metres leaving a broad natural shape all round and pristine finish to the tree. This would reassure John & Bamba that the tree weight is reduced and has a less risk of blowing over.
