Tree has historically undergone branch reduction which has reduced the lever arm weight sufficiently. Overall, the tree shows a lack of vitality observed through lower than expected extension growth, bud density and size, like the Lime this is most likely age cycle related. - Reduce one low lateral that extends over wall by up to 2m.
