  T1 - Birch G2 - Leylandii x 5 A small urgan garden with 5 large Leylandii and one Silver Birch beside the house within the side access. The 5 x Leylandii have huge growth potential left and are not particularly suitable for this location. Complete removal has been discussed with a view to replant in the future. The Silver Birch, whilst a more suitable urban tree, is in a poor location which will in time cause issues with neighbouring wall and retaining wall to lower part of the house.
