Proposal
T1 & T2 - Leylandii T1 & T2 are both Leylandii variant trees. 15-20m high, trunk diameter 50-60cm. They were planted over 30 years ago by a previous owner. They are growing inappropriately large for the area and surrounding properties, blocking sunlight, ruining soil, roots pushing up patios/pavement/driveway. T1 is threatening the telegraph wires which run through it. The mess from the tree debris and pigeon droppings is unwanted. We wish to fell both trees and cut to ground level. Remarks:

Recommendations: Reduce 0.5m below previous cuts - approx 2.5m in total. T2 Conifer Observations: Tree is dying back and has outgrown its surroundings. If left, this tree will continue to die and will ultimately become a hazard. Recommendations: Fell to ground level.

Cherry Tree (Prunus Avium) Cherry Tree (Prunus Avium)- Located in rear garden. Repeat of pruning, combined thinning and reduction of the tree canopy. Reduce foliage density by 20% to allow more light to gardrn beneath. The thinning operation will remove the large exntesion growth from the previous pruning opertations so as to slightly reduce canopy spread (by a maximum of 1.0m) and maintain the tree at a suitable size for its location.
