Proposal
T1 - Goat Willow The Poplars is the first house on left as you come into Chinnor from Crowell. Goat Willow tree is located in the front garden and can be accessed from a pedestrian gate or seen from roadside. The tree is twin stemmed and half the tree is dead so we are looking to remove/fell. Also damaging wall. Remarks:
