  Holly tree I have planning permission to build a garage at the property. There is an old and ailing holly tree on the adjacent property which leans over and mostly overhangs the proposed garage site, making it impossible to build the garage. I am therefore proposing to remove the holly tree. Not only does the existence of the tree make it not practical to build the garage, the extent to which it is leaning is such that there is a very real risk of it falling over onto the proposed garage site. The proximity of the tree to shed/garage area also makes it impossible for any maintenance of the tree to be carried out. The owner of the land on which the tree base sits (Mr Stow) has indicated that he has no objection to its removal. Remarks:
