About conditions applications
How this application type works
This type of application deals with conditions attached to an existing permission, either by supplying the details a condition requires, called discharging it, or by asking to vary or remove one. It does not reopen the principle of the permission itself. Building often cannot lawfully start, or continue past a set stage, until the named conditions are discharged.

Walliscote Farm Moorings High Street Whitchurch on Thames Reading RG8 7EP
A large section of a Horse Chestnut tree (TPO 0748) broke off and fell onto the river bank and river, damaging a boat and mooring. The tree is located at Walliscote Farm Moorings, High Street, Whitchurch, RG8 7EP. The tree now has a large hole approximately 4ft from the ground (images to be provided). Inside the hole, parts of the wood is soft with an unpleasant smell. I consider the tree to be in a dangerous condition and a risk to users of the river and neighbouring moorings. We have had a previous large limb (approx 2024) which fell onto the track that is used by other boat owners. Since then the tree was surveyed. The tree also has another large limb, which is currently being supported by a neighbouring tree. This limb is on the same side as the large hole, which is concerning. We would like to fully remove the tree.

T1 - Beech T1 - Beech - some work was carried out in early 2016 (ref 7073 - Beech) to reduce and thin the crown. The lateral shoots have spurted and are almost touching the house and increasing the shaded area. I would like these reduced by 2m, this will give more light to the Yew and neighbour's Beech.
