Proposal

Our proposal can be summarized as follows: A new 4.25m x 4.8m infill extension to match the existing dwelling. A new chimney to be erected between the existing external wall and this new infill extension. A new front entrance to be located to the side of the building. The reconfiguration of internal spaces to improve circulation space between bedrooms and reception areas. Improvements on the thermal performance of the house using external insulation with a white render finish.
