  G1 - Black Pine - Ideally like to fell the tree, feel tree is vunerable in strong winds. Have children that play around thre tree. It has no history of loosing limbs, and from a visual look from the ground cannot see any suspended branches or previously snow split cracks/fractures. I have recommended doing a climbed inspection, whilst aerial carrying out a crown clean, removing deadwood. I have also recommended selective limb removal, while the lowest limb reducing natural light, removing this will significantly improve this. I will monitor this tree and request a view to felling this tree in two years Ash - This tree is showing good vigour with a long life expectancy , however minor deadwood is evident, therefore I have recommended carying out a crown clean Horse chestnut - This tree is positioned at the rear of the rear garden. it has a tall straight stem due to apical dominance from neighbouring trees, it is very close to the neighbouring retirement bungalows (chalcroft close) and if it were to fail it would cause significant damage. Residents have expressed their displeasure in low natural light, early leaf fall (chestnut leaf miners) and pidgeon mess. I have recommended felling this tree, stump grinding and replanting a malus x zumi standard G1 2 Fir, 1 Pine, 1 Sycamore, 1 Ash, 1 Hornbeam, 1 Horsechestnut Spec: S1 Reduce crown by a maximum of 1.5-2m and reshape Spec: S3 Remove deadwood.
