  Overview: 1 x Horse Chestnut within TPO group 09S85/W1 on council owned land. This tree leans over the rear gardens of the properties on Valley Road. It is important to note that this is a young tree in close proximity to the rear of the properties and may not have been present when the initial TPO was made. The crown is currently slightly asymmetrical as it looks for solar gain away from woodland group into the gardens of Valley Road. Specification: T1 - Horse Chestnut, provide qualified arboricural team to carry out removal of 3 x lowest laterals to southern aspect growing over property on 55/57 Valley Road. Reduce southern lateral growth by 1.5m gradually tapering in by approx 1/.5m leaving a balanced crown outline. Pruning shall be to secondary growth points sufficient to sustain canopy function. Picture below is a guideline only actual reduction maybe slightly less as dictated by available growth points.
