T1- Ash - fell, insipient defects on main stem compromising tension wood. G2- Group of lawson cypress- prune back overhang to part line to approx 5m, tree appears in very poor condition. T3- Ash - remove dead, dying , and diseased wood and reduce large lateral back by 2.5m and remove all sub branches that are penduloud towards the ground, main limb itself should not be removed to avoid decay ingree , however pruning works specified will achieve your objective in my opinion, permission to work in next doors garden required T4- Ash- reduce back overhang to give between 2 - 3m clearance from building to assit skylight etc, permission will be required to work from neighbours side T1 Ash Spec: S16 Fell tree to ground level and grind stump. Reason: R4 To address potential hazard
