    T1 -Walnut - failed secondary stems removed by Jenks Oxford 15 August 2016. Jenks recommend at least 25% crown reduction applied for. G1 - Yews - Group of 4 Yew trees, 2 of which on boundary are pushing boundary wall and damaging it. Recommend felling two Yews on boundary, retaining two Yews which also require 25% crown reduction. Already reported and included images of old stone wall damage resulting from proximity of 2 Yew tree trunks and root influence. See letter dated 11 July 2016 attached. We now have an isue with our insurers who require us to demonstrate due diligence in connection with the dangers to possible failure of the old stone wall and possible inuury to public using adjacent footpath/pavement. This is used by many parents and children attending the primary school in Manor Road. (Manor Primary School). NB. Note 1: Previous tree works (application 03S14/1619) never carried out by previous owner (1.11.13). NB. Note 2: The proposed extension/building works applied for and on 24/3.16 approved by plannng on P15/S3954/HH will not be undertaken in the near future. G1 4 Yew Spec: S4 Shorten deadwood as appropriate to mitigate the hazard. Spec: S7 Lift crown to a height of 5 above ground level over road Spec: S19 Please add the following at the end of all the aprroved works: All pruning cuts must be made at bra Reason: R1 Sound arboricultural management Reason: R2 To ensure future compatibility with site, surroundings and usage T1 Walnut Spec: S1 Reduce crown height by 2m, Evenly reduce lateral spread by 2m Spec: S19 Please add the following at the end of all the aprroved works: All pruning cuts must be made at bra Reason: R1 Sound arboricultural management
