  T1 - Black Pine - fell. G2 - Cedar - fell. I would like consent to fell a Black Pine tree. The tree is a mature species which is in decline, most noticeably in the past two years. The tree stands around 22 metres tall. The tree is showing a poor vigour as opposed to other years. The root system has affecteda pier which has electric gates attached to causing structural damage, this has now been rebuilt. Deadwood is present with a couple of minor cavities and snags. A large stress fracture wa reported (see Photos) overhanging the driveway. The tree is considered to have a lower amenity value due to a mature Copper Beech tree located around 7 metres away which has a higher future life expectancy. The Black Pine has reached its full potential, has a less dense canopy than of other specimens. It has a high risk target zone, and if fails will cause significant damage. My client would like to replant a Abies Pinsapo "Glauca" tree with a girth of 8-10 cm. G2 The group comprising of 5 Cedar, 1 Walnut, 3 Birch Spec: S15 Fell tree to ground level.
