Crown thin by a maximum of 15%, to include a crown cleaning operation removing any dead, damaged, weak or crossing branches to improve form and maintain structural integrity. Lift canopy to ensure legal clearance over highway whilst retaining a balanced crown form, including removal to source of lateral limb on the northern aspect of the most westerly stem. The limb is the result of regenerative growth from a previous pruning point and currently creates an abnormal form for the canopy of this tree and is obstructive to the highway. (NB.
