Previously pollarded and supporting dence reactive growth pollard at previous points of pruning T4 - Previously pruned at 3 metres from ground level due to partial collapse in 1987 storms, now supporting reactive grwoth on potential weakened root system. Remove split low limb over phone cable and reduce adjacent to alleviate strain on potentially weak union Remarks:
