The removal of the Magnolia is proposed with the planting of a cornus at back of garden to north (indicated by small red arror) in the first planting season. Ornamental Plum- lightly canopy lifted (no branches over 40mm max diameter to be removed) with radial ends pruned back by 500mm. Remarks:
