Use as a single dwellinghouse. The two-storey cottage known as 56b North Street, Thame (also known as The Barn) has been used as a single self-contained dwellinghouse, occupied as a sole and principal residence independently of 56A North Street and 56 North Street, since approximately 2012. The dwelling comprises, at ground floor level, an open-plan living area, kitchen, bathroom and staircase; and at first floor level, two bedrooms, a landing and a WC. 2. Ancillary store and garden. The store room adjoining the dwelling has been used for domestic storage ancillary to that residential use.
