T1 - Apple Situated in close proximity to my thatched house, obstructing (partly) access to a garage and posing risk to very nearby drainage there is a dead tree which needs removing. Choked with ivy the tree is ot living and is an eyesore. No plans to replace as it would pose same risks to drainage and garage access as we have currently. No tree preservation order in existence.
