    T1 - Deodar Cedar. Fell. Tree planted approx 30 years ago as an ornamental. The tree has now exceeded its space (approx 50 ft tall) and is due to grow considerably larger. The row of buildings to the rear of the tree are listed. It is growing almost on the fence line between number 4 and 5 River Terrace and there is obvious visual evidence of slabs being lifted in number 5. A dwarf variety of a similar species would be planted nearby to negate the loss.
