The area to the rear of the existing carpark is used as waste storage area, we are planning to extend the car park to accommodate visitors to the home, the area will be 30m x 16m this will be surrounded by reinforced concrete retaining wall to hold the land in place and then surrounded by new fencing. (As amplified by Arboricultural Impact Assessment dated 11 July 2016 accompanying e-mail from applicant received 12 July 2016 and amended by Drawing 909-01 Revision A altering tree protection and detailing car parking spaces)
