Proposal
T1 - Horse Chestnut - on land adjoining 22 Fairfax Gate. Reduce canopy by 10% equating to approximately 0.75-1m from branch tips. Reduce lateral to south by 1-1.5m. Reduce lateral to west by 1.5-2m, raise canopy to 3.5-4m. All pruning to remove only secondary branch structure and no pruning cuts to exceed 75mm diameter. Foliar removal not to exceed 30% of total in accordance with BS 3998/2010. Works are to keep tree in scale with setting, improve light ingress and mitigate hazard posed by 2 x over extended limbs.
