Proposal
Gp1 - 6 Beech trees. Remove minor lower growth to maintain crown lift of 5 metres. Remove minor growth from periphery of crowns to thin crowns by 5-10%. The trees that are less dense will have less growth removed to give a more uniform foliage density across the unified crown. Crowns to be selectively reduced by around 5% to maintain more compact crown profile without significantly altering the overall height or spread of these trees. G1 Beech x7 Spec: S1 Reduce crown by a maximum of n% and reshape Spec: S2 Thin crown by a maximum of % retaining an even density of foliage throughout a well-spaced and ba Spec: S7 Lift crown to a height of 5m above ground level, by removing branch tips only , by removing bran Spec: S19 Please add the following at the end of all the aprroved works: All pruning cuts must be made at bra Reason: R1 Sound arboricultural management

T1 Beech - Reduce the sections of the treeâ¿¿s height and spread that were not previously reduced by up to 2 metres, bringing them in line with the previous pruning works. Crown thin the previously reduced sections by up to 15%. The objective of these works is to create a uniform, balanced tree with an even crown density throughout.

T1 Horse Chestnut Twin stemmed from 4 metres Stem overhanging the drive has had a large limb fail due to a poor branch attachment with some decaying material present. The wound has revealed further decay of the stem from where it came. The growth above this wound is significant and very likely to fail at some point but is likely to be extremely vulnerable during weather events as we move into the Autumn / Winter period. We recommend reducing this stem to sound the wood below the damaged and decayed area, and reduce the remainder of tree to the same height by approximately 8 metres.
