Proposal

T1 - Turners Oak (Quercus turneri "Spencer Turner") Rot has set in in an area of the main trunk at about 6m height where a branch was blown out about 25 years ago (see attached photos). The rot extends about 3' up above the opening in the trunk towards a major fork. The internal measurement of the cavity measures 45 cm across. The diameter of the tree at this point is about 1m. Action proposed: Dependant in the level of rot the tree specialist finds, he is recommending at lest reduction by 1/3. Remarks:
