  T1 - Lawson Cypress (6 stems) Six stems of Lawson Cypress conifer, fell due to damage to existing boundary wall and very low amenity value. The conifers wee originally planted as a hedge but have overgrown (see photo 1). The roots and stems have caused damaged to the valued brick and flint wall which has collapsed in places (see photo 2 & 3). Felling required to gain access to rebuild the wall and to prevent re-occurrence of damage. Re-plant with a mixture of evergreen and deciduous shrubs in keeping with the pleasing nature of the garden. (See report from Ken Earle). NB. property is listed. Remarks:

  T1 - Lime tree T1 - Lime tree located in the eastern corner of the front garden. Reduce crown height by approx 2.5 metres, creating new pollard points. The tree is multi-stemmed, otherwise showing good health. Some branches are becoming over lateral, particularly towards the traffic lights on the main carriageway and footpath. There are also some branches touching the old church building next door. My client has some concerns over this and also leaf fall is a potential problem due to leaves becoming wet when fallen, causing a slippery surface. The tree has a good amenity value, particularly due to neighbouring properties having trees felled, and also benefits by way of absorbing carbon dioxide levels. I have recommended reducing the crown height by approx 2.5m and bringing the crown width in, creating new pollard points, leading to managing the tree roughly every five years. The tree is located in the Nettlebed Conservation Area. Remarks:
