Proposal
T1 - 6 no. previous pollarded Lime trees approx 5m in height and approx 0.5m breast, height, dia. At time of inspection these trees are out of leaf with re-growth of approx 4m from pollarded points. I would recommend that due to the size of re-growth and very busy pedestrian and vehicle movement that each tree would benefit from being re-pollarded back to the original pollard points. This would eliminate any potential risk of upper crown collapse. T2 - Mature ivy covered London Plane tree, height 10m and DBH 1m. This tree is situated .3m from block paving footpath, and has visible evidence of paving being lifted by its root system. Within the upper crown large cavities are also visible, where this tree has been heavily pollarded previously. I would recommend a climbing inspection to ascertain the depth of cavities. The re-growth from previous pollarding has developed to approx 5/6m with a dominant lean over pavement and road due to close proximity of large Beech tree. I would recommend re-pollarding of this tree back to the original pollard points to avoid potential risk of crown collapse. Recommendation of further tree works required dependent upon results from climbing inspection. T3 - Large mature Beech tree, approx height 12m, crown spread 12/14m, DBH 1.2m situated .6m from block paving footpath on left of grass open area. This tree is multi stemmed at approx 5m from ground level. The crown overhangs the pavement and road. The tree contains some large sections of dead wood. I would recommend a climbing inspection to be carried out to ascertain the depth of decay and wet pockets at the multi fork junction. I would also recommend the removal of the major deadwood at the same time. Recommendations of further works dependent on results from climbing inspection.

T1 - Copper Beech - Reduce branches by approximately 2 metres focusing mainly on lateral branches rather than the top. Lift canopy to provide statutory clearance over the road and clear from service cables. T2 - Tulip Tree - Reduce by approximately 3 metres to restore balance within the crown due to previous limb failure leaving the tree unbalanced. T3 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a natural flowing crown outline and remove major deadwood. T4 - To fell and remove 1 x Yew tree and install eco plugs to prevent re-growth.

T1 Copper Beech. Low canopy over road and footpath. To raise canopy to statutory clearances, (5.2m over road, 2.5m over footpath). To remove deadwood greater than 60mm over road and footpath, for safety purposes, minimising any chance for larger falling deadwood in windy conditions.

Ash (T2 of TPO 09/2019) - Reduce back crown over single storey block D4 by a maximum of 4m at its widest point (work mainly relates to over extended limbs over roof). Reduce back low branches over the roof to create 3m clearance. Cutback branches from front of the adjacent building (D6) to create 2-3m clearance. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form.
